CANCELLATION POLICY (BUS TRIPS):

  1. We will refund in full for the entire group up to 60 days prior to your trip on most tours. (With the exception of show tickets, such as Broadway Shows, Branson Shows, any specialty shows, etc. These are non-refundable.)
  2. For individual cancellations (a maximum of 4 people per group), refunds will be made up to 31 days prior to your trip. No refunds from 30 days prior to trip.

    We do suggest cancellation insurance. Contact your sales representative for details.

 

BUS DRIVER POLICY:

  1. If PML is not chartering the bus, one comp is used for the driver.
  2. If PML is chartering the bus, PML pays for the driver and the group keeps two twin complimentaries.

 

BUS PRICING:
All bus pricing is based on 40 paying customers. If the total amount of paying customers is under 40, there may be an additional slight charge. All coupons are based on 40 paying people. Coupons may be invalidated with less than 40 paying people. Only one coupon, of any kind, per trip.

 

ALLOWABLE LUGGAGE:
1 piece of luggage per patron with an additional carry-on to be stored in the over-head compartment.

 

PAYMENTS & ROOMING LIST:
Full payment and rooming list must be received by PML at least 35 days prior to arrival date. Late payment may result in cancellation. Passengers will not be accepted unless full payment has been received by PML.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:
These group tour programs are operated by PML Travel & Tours, 750 Route 73 South, Suite 204, 2nd Floor, Marlton, NJ 08053.

 

Suppliers or services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotel, transportation, restaurants, or any other service, and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to persons or property due to an act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, or company of persons rendering any of the services included in a tour or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraint, weather or other causes beyond th
